Through its minimally invasive approach, Weber Medical is redefining the application of medical lasers with the Weberneedle® Endolaser.
One of the greatest challenges in laser therapy has long been the effective delivery of laser energy into cells and deep tissue. Traditional, non-invasive (transdermal) lasers lose more than 70% of their energy in the skin, leaving only a small fraction to reach the target tissue. The Weberneedle® Endolaser provides a solution to this limitation.
When applied intraarticularly, the device enables precise treatment of joints and nerves, resulting in effective pain and inflammation relief.
Thanks to the Weberneedle® Lasercath technology, laser energy is delivered directly to the site of pain, without power loss. This is achieved using fiber-optic light guides and cannulas up to 12 cm in length. Even short-wavelength lasers, such as the blue laser, which are normally absorbed in the upper layers of the skin, can now unfold their full therapeutic potential deep within joint tissues. Blue laser light plays a key role in intraarticular therapy due to its anti-inflammatory properties.
The intraarticular approach is also used in photodynamic therapy (PDT) for the treatment of tumors.
Intravenous laser therapy with the Weberneedle® Endolaser marks another breakthrough in clinical laser applications. By delivering light energy directly into the bloodstream, it initiates regeneration and regulation throughout the entire body.
This method is increasingly used in photodynamic therapy, where photosensitizers are activated deep inside the body to selectively destroy malignant cells, viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi.
of invasive laser treatment with the Weberneedle® Endolaser:
The price of the Weberneedle® Endolaser varies because each system is individually customized to suit your specific clinical needs and professional requirements.
Factors influencing the cost include the number of laser modules and the wavelengths required for your treatments.
Our modular system allows you to start with the laser modules that best fit your practice and expand up to 16 modules whenever needed, offering maximum flexibility.
We recommend contacting us to discuss your medical focus and clinical applications in detail. Based on this information, we will provide you with a tailored, no-obligation offer that perfectly matches your practice profile.
For non-invasive treatment of pain areas, such as in physiotherapy, red and infrared lasers are recommended because these wavelengths penetrate tissue particularly well.
If you plan to use the laser invasively—for example, in joints or deep-seated pain regions—red, blue, and yellow lasers are especially important.
All wavelengths can be used for intravenous applications, with the choice depending mainly on your therapeutic objectives.
In photodynamic therapy (PDT), the selection of the appropriate laser wavelength is determined by the photosensitizer used. For example, curcumin responds exclusively to blue light, while indocyanine green (ICG) is activated by infrared light.
Use of the Weberneedle® Endolaser requires professional training in a healthcare-related field.
Upon delivery, you will receive personalized on-site training from our qualified service staff.
Additionally, you have the option to schedule an observership Externship at our clinic to gain hands-on experience with the Weberneedle® Endolaser in practical clinical use. Furthermore, we regularly host training seminars and professional conferences where you can deepen your knowledge of the system’s applications and therapeutic possibilities. Of course, we are always available to answer your questions by phone or email.
In several countries, including Germany, we offer leasing options for the Weberneedle® Endolaser in cooperation with leasing partners.
This allows you to stay financially flexible and use the system in your practice without a large initial investment. We are happy to provide you with personalized advice regarding available terms and conditions.
Billing is usually handled on an individual basis, so unfortunately, we cannot provide fixed guidelines.
External applications (e.g., pain therapy, acupuncture) typically take around 20 minutes.
Interstitial or intraarticular treatments usually last about 30 minutes, plus additional time for anesthesia.
Intravenous laser therapy can range from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the number of lasers used.
Photodynamic therapy is a highly complex procedure; we are happy to provide detailed protocols and advice upon request.
Our service team is always available to support you with any questions about the device – by phone, email, or, if desired, via a personal video call.
In case of a technical defect, we ensure prompt repair or swift replacement so that your patients do not have to miss their therapy.
