The research

The laser-needle therapy is based on a broad clinical and scientific foundation. Extensive research has been carried out in recent years. The analysis of the results of more than 100,000 treatments has shown that - apart from the high patient acceptance - the effects are clearly superior to those of traditional needle treatment. Apart from being totally pain-free and free of side effects the most impressive advantage of laser-needle therapy are the additional biological effects such as anti-oedematous, blood-circulation-stimulating and tissue-repairing effects.

High-quality studies such as the double blind study on back ache and spinal diseases were carried out in cooperation with the University of Bochum. There is intensive cooperation with the TCmedic-institute for traditional medicine at the castle of Dürrwangen near Rothenburg ob der Tauber. This is where the integration of laser-needle therapy into the TCM system is being developed by Chinese TCM specialists under the scientific assistance of the University of Frankfurt.

Groundbreaking discoveries in the field of brain research utilising complex neuro-monitoring methods have been published by Prof. Lischer of the University of Graz. In these studies the effects of laser-needles to the central nervous system were demonstrated for the first time. Equivalent and even partially superior effects in comparison with classical metal needles were verified.

Further studies at various University clinics, institutes and surgeries are already in process or planned.
