E.T., 56 years, female

History:
Since 10 years chronic hepatitis C. The patient has experienced fatigue and exhaust for long, with permanently increased liver values. Two years ago she underwent a consequent therapy with Interferon and Ribavirin. No change of the liver enzymes. Healthy lifestyle. No alcohol, no nicotine, unmedicated, no previous diseases.

Therapy:
10 sessions CLT (combined laser therapy)
Combined blood acupuncture and laserneedle acupuncture with liver-specific points (Le 3, Le 13 and Le 14)

General effect:
No change of the general condition during the therapy but significant changes during the following months.

History:
Since 2 years diabetic metabolism, due to a consequent diet HbA1c between 6 and 6.2%, increasing to 8% since last summer. Since 1.5 years unspecified increase of liver values.
